Reservation,
Booking, Cancellation & General Policies
Rates: All room rates are based on double occupancy with a
limit of two per room.
All
rates are quoted in U.S. dollars.
Initial
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required and must be
received in order to confirm a booking. This can be
paid to a direct deposit at a Washington Mutual
Bank, check, cash, or credit card (3.5% surcharge
added).

A confirmation notice will be sent upon our receiving your deposit.
Receipt of this, and only this, will guarantee your
reservation.
Final
Payment: The balance will be due upon arrival. We
accept U.S. cash, Mexican Pesos (based on current exchange rate),
traveler’s checks or by credit card (3.5% surcharge added) .
Check
In Time: 3:00 PM (no early arrivals unless arranged prior to arrival).
Check
Out Time:
12:00 PM (no late checkouts, luggage can be held).
Full Breakfast:
Breakfast - including
Belgian Waffles - is available
between 8:30-10:00 AM.
Maid
Service: This is provided daily at no additional cost.
Laundry
Service: Laundry service is available for no additional charge.
Smoking: This is a non-smoking rental property.
Cancellation
Policy: If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or less of your check-in
date, your deposit will be forfeited. Reservations
cancelled 31-60 days in advance of your reservation will be subject to
a 50% cancellation fee.
Lost
Keys:. There will be a $ 10.00 key charge for lost keys.
Pets: In
consideration of all guests, pets are not allowed.
Children: In order to insure a relaxing atmosphere for adults, we are not
able to accept children under the age of 12.
