Reservation, Booking, Cancellation & General Policies

Rates: All room rates are based on double occupancy with a limit of two per room.

All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars.

Initial Deposit: A 50% deposit is required and must be received in order to confirm a booking. This can be paid easily on our website by credit card via Paypal (3.5% surcharge added for credit card & Pay Pal). The other options are a direct deposit to our U.S. Bank Account (Bank of America or Chase) or by mailing a check to our P.O. Box in the U.S. If a check is mailed it must be received 2 weeks before arrival. Please contact us for account numbers.

* A confirmation notice will be sent upon our receiving your deposit. Receipt of this, and only this, will guarantee your reservation.

Final Payment: The balance will be due upon arrival. We accept U.S. cash, Mexican Pesos (based on current exchange rate), or credit card (3.5% surcharge added) .

Note: All applicable taxes are included.

Check In Time: 3:00 PM (no early arrivals unless arranged prior to arrival).

Check Out Time: 11:00 PM (no late checkouts, luggage can be held).

Full Breakfast - including Belgian Waffles - is available between 8:00-10:00 AM.

Maid Service: This is provided daily (except Sun.)

Laundry Service: Laundry service is available for an additional charge.

Smoking: Smoking is allowed outside the B& B only.

Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled within sixty days of your arrival date the enitre deposit will be forfeited. If the reservation is cancelled between 61 days and 90 days before your arrival the deposit will be subject to a fifty per cent cancellation charge. If the reservation is cancelled more than 90 days before your arrival date then your entire deposit amount will be refunded. We understand that there are many unforseen situations that may require cancellation and we highly recommend trip insure. A helpful site is www.insuremytrip.com . When you make your deposit you are agreeing that you accept and agree to these terms. .

Lost Keys:. There will be a $ 10.00 key charge for each set of lost keys.

Pets: In consideration of all guests, pets are not allowed.

Children: In order to insure a relaxing atmosphere for adults, we are not able to accept children under the age of 12. .
